Matignon
The Matignon collection is the re-edition of an original 1880 pattern created by the design studio of Théodore Haviland. The plant pattern of this luxury service is particularly stylized. Leafy foliage motifs, palmettes and arabesques, cascade over the rims of the plates, which is emphasized by an elegant diamond-shaped cartouches containing a cruciferous flower. This collection, a true masterpiece of the Maison, reveals the know-how of the talented craftsmen of the manufacturer. Several layers of gold are applied by hand to achieve that unique touch, and the magnificence of the precious metals offers a remarkable aspect.
